The Consequence of going with the Plain

Based on (Genesis 13:5-12) “The Consequence of going with the Plain” identifies the cause of the trouble that Lot encountered as a result of his decision to go with the plain land of Sodom. From the very beginning, of their journey something went wrong with the choice that Lot made. Like many of us he probably but selfishly wanted the best expanse of the land for himself and his family, little did he know that such decision was going to be to be detrimental to his future. The text today remind listeners  of this podcast that the story we read in the Bible are not there to entertain us but they are there for our learning as they can provide us with valuable life lessons. I therefore pray that this podcast blesses you in your journey of faith. Shalom!

Michael Angley Ogwuche

Since 1987, the Reverend Michael Angley Ogwuche has been actively preaching the Gospel. He firmly believes that his primary calling to preach and write comes from God's grace. Michael is an ardent advocate for social justice, displaying a genuine interest in fairness for all. He regards the Bible as the infallible Word of God, an invaluable and essential tool for navigating life on this planet. Additionally, he firmly holds the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should not be limited in any way, but rather should be proclaimed through various platforms, including podcasts (Isaiah 61:1). To accomplish this, Michael strives to breathe life into the ancient teachings of the Bible, ensuring that they are comprehensible in the present era. With extensive ministerial training and experience, Michael is a resolute and mission-oriented minister. He has served as a Street Evangelist, Director of Bible Correspondence Courses, a Pentecostal pastor, and an R&R Methodist presbyter in Africa and the UK. However, in recent times, you can find Michael ministering as a chaplain, offering spiritual support and guidance to the sick in hospital wards and inmates in prison cells.
