Overcoming Personal Season of Drought

Based on 1 Kings 17:1-16 “” invites listeners of Pneuma Podcast to reflect on the effect of the economic drought necessitated by the 2020 Global health emergency (COVID-19) that has thrown the whole world into a season of drought and as a result most of us are experiencing a personal season of droughts that we must overcome. A lot of questions are being asked, why are we having to face a pandemic like no other, what is the role of God or the Creator in all these?

This podcast remind us that Christ is always in our crisis and that every crises brings to the fore the reality of the human existence and the need for all to consider the spiritual perspective our existence as it impacts on the physical existence and how each depends on the other. The man Christ Jesus encountered many personal seasons of droughts when he walked the earth yet, He was always able to defeat each of them because he depended only on what proceeds from the mouth of God. I pray that this podcast blesses you. Shalom!

Michael Angley Ogwuche

Since 1987, the Reverend Michael Angley Ogwuche has been actively preaching the Gospel. He firmly believes that his primary calling to preach and write comes from God's grace. Michael is an ardent advocate for social justice, displaying a genuine interest in fairness for all. He regards the Bible as the infallible Word of God, an invaluable and essential tool for navigating life on this planet. Additionally, he firmly holds the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should not be limited in any way, but rather should be proclaimed through various platforms, including podcasts (Isaiah 61:1). To accomplish this, Michael strives to breathe life into the ancient teachings of the Bible, ensuring that they are comprehensible in the present era. With extensive ministerial training and experience, Michael is a resolute and mission-oriented minister. He has served as a Street Evangelist, Director of Bible Correspondence Courses, a Pentecostal pastor, and an R&R Methodist presbyter in Africa and the UK. However, in recent times, you can find Michael ministering as a chaplain, offering spiritual support and guidance to the sick in hospital wards and inmates in prison cells.
