The Way of the Cross

Based on 1 Corinthians 1:18-25 the Way of the Cross invites listeners to reflect on the timeless truths found in that passage. As we approach the Easter season, we're drawn to the central event of our faith: the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. In this passage, the apostle Paul challenges us to reconsider the significance of the cross because to the unbelieving the message of the Cross is Foolish and Scandalous, however, to believers in Jesus Christ the message of the cross is Powerful. So much so that in its apparent weakness, we find God's ultimate strength and love. As you listen to this message I encourage you to embrace "The Way of the Cross" this Easter season, living lives marked by humility, sacrificial love, and the proclamation of salvation. Michael Angley Ogwuche

Since 1987, the Reverend Michael Angley Ogwuche has been actively preaching the Gospel. He firmly believes that his primary calling to preach and write comes from God's grace. Michael is an ardent advocate for social justice, displaying a genuine interest in fairness for all. He regards the Bible as the infallible Word of God, an invaluable and essential tool for navigating life on this planet. Additionally, he firmly holds the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should not be limited in any way, but rather should be proclaimed through various platforms, including podcasts (Isaiah 61:1). To accomplish this, Michael strives to breathe life into the ancient teachings of the Bible, ensuring that they are comprehensible in the present era. With extensive ministerial training and experience, Michael is a resolute and mission-oriented minister. He has served as a Street Evangelist, Director of Bible Correspondence Courses, a Pentecostal pastor, and an R&R Methodist presbyter in Africa and the UK. However, in recent times, you can find Michael ministering as a chaplain, offering spiritual support and guidance to the sick in hospital wards and inmates in prison cells.
