The Reflection of Mortality

Based on Acts 20:25-38, "The Reflection of Mortality: Embracing Legacy, Encouragement, and Hope," serves as an introspective exploration of mortality, intended to prompt contemplation about life's purpose as children of God. As we progress towards eternity with Christ, our awareness of the significance of each passing moment is heightened. This engagement with mortality urges us to reconsider our priorities, channelling our investments towards enduring treasures. The resolute commitment of Paul to God's intentions and the steadfast faith of Joel serves as vivid examples to us. In our contemplation of mortality, we pay attention to Paul's call to remain vigilant, nurturing the faith of others. In a manner akin to followers of Christ. Our legacy transcends mere worldly accomplishments, encompassing the nurturing of souls. As we navigate this journey, let the heritage of our predecessors chart our path. The imprints left by Paul's footsteps and Joel's unyielding faith inspire purpose-driven existence. It is my prayer that our lives, resonating with God's love, evoke a similar response in others.  Shalom!

Michael Angley Ogwuche

Since 1987, the Reverend Michael Angley Ogwuche has been actively preaching the Gospel. He firmly believes that his primary calling to preach and write comes from God's grace. Michael is an ardent advocate for social justice, displaying a genuine interest in fairness for all. He regards the Bible as the infallible Word of God, an invaluable and essential tool for navigating life on this planet. Additionally, he firmly holds the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should not be limited in any way, but rather should be proclaimed through various platforms, including podcasts (Isaiah 61:1). To accomplish this, Michael strives to breathe life into the ancient teachings of the Bible, ensuring that they are comprehensible in the present era. With extensive ministerial training and experience, Michael is a resolute and mission-oriented minister. He has served as a Street Evangelist, Director of Bible Correspondence Courses, a Pentecostal pastor, and an R&R Methodist presbyter in Africa and the UK. However, in recent times, you can find Michael ministering as a chaplain, offering spiritual support and guidance to the sick in hospital wards and inmates in prison cells.
