Far into the Journey

Based on Mark 4:36-41 "Far into the Journey" calls on believers to contemplate the difficulties and obstacles that arise in the lives of followers of Jesus Christ. The story of Jesus calming the storm serves as an illustration, emphasising that even in the midst of our storms, Jesus is present, even if His silence or seeming unawareness may lead us to think otherwise. These challenges should not be viewed as a reflection of God's lack of love for us; rather, they provide opportunities for our faith in Jesus Christ to grow. It is important to remember that Jesus is always with us. My prayer is that this podcast brings you some encouragement and hope, keep on trusting Him regardless of the circumstances you encounter.

Shalom!

Michael Angley Ogwuche

Since 1987, the Reverend Michael Angley Ogwuche has been actively preaching the Gospel. He firmly believes that his primary calling to preach and write comes from God's grace. Michael is an ardent advocate for social justice, displaying a genuine interest in fairness for all. He regards the Bible as the infallible Word of God, an invaluable and essential tool for navigating life on this planet. Additionally, he firmly holds the belief that the Gospel of Jesus Christ should not be limited in any way, but rather should be proclaimed through various platforms, including podcasts (Isaiah 61:1). To accomplish this, Michael strives to breathe life into the ancient teachings of the Bible, ensuring that they are comprehensible in the present era. With extensive ministerial training and experience, Michael is a resolute and mission-oriented minister. He has served as a Street Evangelist, Director of Bible Correspondence Courses, a Pentecostal pastor, and an R&R Methodist presbyter in Africa and the UK. However, in recent times, you can find Michael ministering as a chaplain, offering spiritual support and guidance to the sick in hospital wards and inmates in prison cells.
